We are now set up to accept MasterCard and Visa payments for our services. This is especially convenient for government or large corporate clients who often use credit cards. We are not at this time implementing an eCommerce system or any other means of entering orders or credit cards over the web, as we are not in the retail business. We will be entering transactions manually into the appropriate system to process invoices for services rendered, retainers, deposits, etc. Because of the nature of computer consulting services, all payments are nonrefundable and chargebacks will be considered a violation of applicable contracts. Services once done cannot be undone without performing additional work, it's not like merchandise which can simply be returned. Any issues regarding work performed will be resolved as provided in the contract or otherwise negotiated, but in any case not by refund. Since we attract the best consultants, this issue is moot anyway.

Continuing the expansion mentioned below, we are splitting our umbrella and consulting businesses to facilitate marketing them separately. RMP Corporate Services will provide our umbrella service not only to individual freelancers but also to companies like RMP Consulting Partners who want to outsource the legal, tax, benefits, and other issues of handling their contractors (and even employees) at no additional cost. RMP Consulting Partners will continue as our cooperative for computer consultants. The new keystone of our structure, RMP Cooperative Enterprises LLC, has now been officially recognized by the state of Texas as a co-op.

RMP Systems, Inc. (RMPSI), the Manager of RMP Consulting Partners LLC (RMPCP), bought out its minority shareholders on 11/13/2002. This will give us more flexibility to expand the business structure of our conglomerate to even better respond to future opportunities.

RMP Systems, Inc., the Manager of RMP Consulting Partners LLC, declares a 20% dividend for 2000. The stock price will also double, assuming no trading (the market for RMP Systems stock is very thin, so the price would likely soar in response to serious demand).

This is to celebrate the 3rd year in a row that RMPCP's annual revenues have doubled or nearly so, and we hope that this trend will continue. The 20% dividend and 100% appreciation will more than make up for past years, and this will reward our investors for their patience. Most of RMPCP's profits usually go to its members rather than to the investors in either company.
